Job description
About us
At Arbor, we’re on a mission to transform the way schools work for the better.
You’ve probably seen the headlines. Heavy workloads, constant change, admin pressure on teachers and staff at every level… sometimes it feels like this is just part and parcel of school life today. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
We passionately believe that there’s a better way to work. And it starts by giving everyone the right tools and technology for the job.
We’re building a platform and products we believe in - as well as a strong, diverse team of experienced specialists, ex-teachers and Edtech engineers passionate about making a difference to the sector.
Ultimately, we’re here to help make our schools and trusts stress a little less, and focus on what matters most - improving the lives of teachers and outcomes of students everywhere.
About the role
Our Customer Education team is responsible for educating our customers around the best approaches to utilising Arbor’s various features, as well as providing guidance as they grow, to help them achieve their goals.

Having an in-depth understanding of Arbor’s core functionality, features, best practice and being able to articulate these to customers to help them get the most out of their use of Arbor.
Excellent organisational skills - you will be juggling a range of schools and training sessions.
Keeping up to date with a fast paced product, including updates, changes to legislation and adapting to new processes as we scale.
To own the training materials and keep these relevant for Arbor Academy sessions
Ability to self-reflect, feeding back to relevant members of the team internally an overview of the session and any outstanding actions to ensure the customer receives a well rounded experience.
Occasional travel to Arbor offices (London, Leeds and Lincoln) for team meetings etc.
