Guildhawk, in collaboration with Sheffield Hallam University, is seeking to recruit a Senior Software Developer as part of their rapidly expanding team to create company’s future software development platform.
You will work on the design and development of innovative software development platform that are core to the company’s strategic vision and will help development of state-of-the-art solutions for clients. In collaboration with SHU, you will develop an interactive digital platform to support company scaling up. You will work directly with senior company staff, a UX Developer, Artificial Intelligence Specialist, as well as senior, mid-level and junior software developers. You will leverage the existing platforms , apply industry preferred practices and challenge your experience and own skill to create the future platform.

We require a good honours degree (1st / 2:1) or higher degree in Software Engineering, AI or a relevant discipline. A good understanding of software engineering with experience of agile development are essential requirements of this post. Experience of developing and deploying management systems is essential and delivery in a commercial setting is highly desirable.
You will be expected to be the primary manager and driver of the project. Previous experience of project management and the ability to work well in a team, as well as being able to work independently using your own initiative, is therefore essential. Excellent communication and software development skills are also expected.
