Job description
Requirements:
- 3 years valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 1-year experience working in a customer service environment
- Homecare and sales experience an asset
- Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 75 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completing various regulatory paperwork, including TDG
- Complete routine assessments and testing of equipment and identify potential repairs
- Shipping and receiving
- Provide verbal product education and supporting documentation to clients in accordance with company procedures in the office, in customer homes and the hospital
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Maintain good housekeeping practices
- Complete daily inventory tasks
- Deliveries, and pickups of home oxygen equipment as needed in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
