Please discuss the working pattern requirements for the role you are applying for with the hiring manager. Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business.

- Providing sector/market feedback to the leadership team regarding competitive offerings, client trends and helping the product/service teams with proposition development

- Generating additional revenues from existing clients to achieve company growth targets
- Building and acquiring highly proactive, long term internal and external relationships to grow and develop a portfolio of HNW clients to generate sustained revenue
- Arranging, designing and collaborating on Barclays International events and completing post-event analysis to review return on investment and future commercial opportunities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid presentation/pitching skills to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences/stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstration of advanced relationship management skills to deal with HNW & international clients
- The ability to maintain and grow business areas, achieving performance targets and completion of planned deliverables
- Business acumen with detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the economic global marketplace, including offshore banking market and associated product offering
- Significant experience within financial services working with HNW clients
- The ability to deliver quality results in a challenging environment
- Knowledge of the risk standards expected by the UK Financial Conduct Authority
