Job description

Company: Accad Healthcare Limited
Contract: Zero-Hour Contract

Do you want to make a huge difference to someone’s life?
Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can make a difference and change lives for the better, then a Support Worker at one of our services could be the right choice for you.
Whether you are looking for a new career or already work in healthcare through the NHS or private sector, you will be valued and supported, with career development opportunities available.
It’s a career that you can take pride in while enjoying the satisfaction of helping people and seeing them improve. It’s what delivering great healthcare should feel like.
What you will be doing?
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to couple of venerable young adults with autism, learning difficulties and mental health conditions. Whether you have experience as a Support Worker or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It could be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week or has never done before because of you.
The shift patterns are very flexible, include working weekends, mixture of days, evenings and weekends.
Apply now and one of our team will be in touch to discuss how you can begin your rewarding career.
