Contract FT position: $3.5K USD/month plus bonus – 40 hours a week, REMOTE

Jampact HR has partnered with an international social marketing firm and is hiring a Social Media Strategist to collaborate on a holistic beauty social media influencer account. (700K plus followers).

What we're looking for:

• You’re a social media strategist that’s worked with fast growth mega-influencer social media channels.
• You’ve worked for at least 3 years as a Social Media Strategist, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• You’re an expert on driving massive engagement.
• You’ve know how to drive audience growth from 700K followers to over a million and beyond on platforms like YouTube Shorts and Instagram.
• You know how to analyze and interpret social media channel metrics.
• You’re on top of the latest social media trends.

What you’ll do with us:

• Set ambitious KPI's for both growth and engagement (you’ll be rewarded generously if we reach them).
• Identifying new TikTok trends and come up with creative strategy for growth-driving videos.
• Manage our copy in videos and posts (grammar perfect and slang).
• Use metrics to determine content eligible for redistribution.
• Develop and execute a content moderation strategy to keep our community and socials safe.
• Project manage our graphic designer and video editor efforts.
• Utilize comments and customer support feedback to determine content strategy.
• Produce longer form content ideas for YouTube based on Google Insights and search data.

What you need to have to do this job:

• Reliable high-speed internet access.
• Willingness to commit to 40 hours plus a week.
• Remote work experience – You’ll be working with remote co-workers, and you’ll have to keep them up to date on a regular basis.
• A great attitude – Feedback is part of our process. We all give it and are willing to grow from it.
• Good project management skills - We have tight deadlines and move quickly. You need be ok with a fast-paced environment.
• Strong track record of driving massive growth for accounts with 10,000 followers and more.
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A good understanding of the (holistic) beauty niche including trends and influencers.
• Experience project managing video editors and graphic designers as part of our team.

You’ll be collaborating with our team and helping to grow one of the fastest growing holistic beauty influencers with more than 700,000 followers.
