Collington Winter Environmental Ltd are an Environmental Consultancy based in Bolton, Greater Manchester. We support a range of clients, including housebuilders, planners, developers and minerals and waste companies to secure planning permission for residential and commercial developments as well as minerals and waste applications.
The Ecological Administrator is a critical customer service role to ensure our clients receive the best service possible. The role will involve training on Ecological Surveys, to allow you to effectively field initial queries, as well as provide fee proposals for clients.
In addition, the role will be supporting the wider survey team with organisation of calendars, equipment and staffing. The successful candidate will report to the Director of the company and also assist with general administration and office management.
As a result of the above, key skills that the successful candidate will require include:
. Adept at utilising Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
. Excellent organisational skills and adhering to deadlines
. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to manage expectations of Directors and others in the team
