XS Entertainment is currently recruiting for Social Media Managers and Executives to join the XS Entertainment promotions team.

Having experience in the following would be highly desirable:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in social media (Not essential)
• Knowledgable in all aspects of music business
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, to communicate effectively and meet deadlines
• Outgoing personality and ability to discuss social media both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of the music and media landscape
• Passion and strong understanding for music and pop/urban culture
• Big ideas and the belief that anything is possible
• Ability to work with others in a positive and productive manner

The ideal candidates will have a high level of detail and understanding in all aspects of social media promotion.
