SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content agency and media network who are currently on the lookout for a Social Media Manager to join our Entertainment team on a fixed term basis.

In this role, you will manage a large-scale, cross platform project with one of the biggest global TV and Film brands. The role would suit an experienced and creative social expert, with proven experience in producing and posting video and static content across a multitude of social platforms utilising all platform formats and features.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Managing a large-scale, cross platform project with one of the biggest global TV & Film brands

  • Working with the Senior Vertical Video Producer and Senior Creative Partnerships Manager to develop first class social strategy and content output, producing out of the box creative formats on a regular basis

  • Developing concepts and ideas in line with client briefs in the form of a weekly pitch deck

  • Overseeing day to day communication with the client

  • Monitoring and locating trends across all social media platforms and reactively producing content in line with social trends

  • Utilising insights and content performance to identify trends and top formats to aid the ideation for future concepts in a bid to drive continually growth across key metrics

  • Managing the day to day scheduling of all content across Instagram and TikTok including producing all social posting copy to a high standard in line with the brand’s TOV.

  • Working with Content Editors, Vertical Producers and Graphic Designers to produce all video and static content

  • Assist the SVVP and SCPM with content reviews, providing feedback on editing and design content, utilising your knowledge of the social platforms, to ensure that deliverables are best formatted for their intended platform and audience

  • Produce performance reports post-launch as requested to analyse the performance of creative assets and develop learnings to be applied to the weekly pitch decks moving forward


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

  • Strong copywriting skills, with experience of producing social copy in line with the brand's unique TOV across a multitude of platforms.
  • Excellent editorial judgement and sensibilities.
  • A creative and strategic thinker, capable of interpreting briefs and producing tactical and platform-specific ideas.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a variety of social platforms, utilising all key formats and features for each platform.
  • Experience in managing creative social media campaigns
  • Successfully manage complex client relationships
  • Strong experience of working alongside content editors, producers and graphic designers.
  • Able to give clear feedback and direction to editors and producers
  • The ability to inspire and encourage creativity amongst a team of creators.
  • The ability to recognise individuals' areas of expertise and utilise these for specific project requirements
  • Ensure all content is of the highest possible quality, taking ownership of output and providing regular feedback to the teams creating it.
  • Detail orientated and process-driven
  • Organised, someone who gets things done and orchestrates action
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, the ability to deliver information to clients with clarity on an individual and group basis.
  • Have a genuine passion for television and online culture
