Remuneration & Benefits:
- Up to £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the role

Under the guidance of our Brand & Content manager, you'll bring innovation and creativity to our Facebook & Instagram strategies, contributing significantly to our rapidly expanding company.
Your role will encompass the development and execution of engaging content for Facebook and Instagram, harnessing campaign data to optimise performance. A clear understanding of social media trends, using advanced tools, and implementing best practices are key to increasing our social media ROI.
Key Attributes:
- At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proven ability to build solid social media strategies in line with brand objectives.
- Excellent writing and creativity, with a track record of generating captivating social content.
- Competence in running and optimising paid social campaigns.
- Passion for the Meta platform (Facebook and Instagram).
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data in enhancing social media performance.
- Collaborative team player experienced in cross-department coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the leadership of the Brand & Content Manager on strategising and implementation.
- Take charge of the company's Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Create and execute effective social media strategies.
- Measure and report the success of all Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- Use data to provide actionable insights for improved social media performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimisation.
- Produce compelling text, image, and video content tailored to each social platform.
- Work seamlessly with marketing, sales, product development teams, and external partners for content creation.
