Social Media Specialist
Job Summary:
The Gunpowder Restaurant Ltd is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a strong understanding of how to create engaging content. This position will also be responsible for managing social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will also be able to work with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns for our brands and products.
Essential Job Functions:
·Develop and maintain an effective online presence for the company’s brands, including but not limited to: O’Reilly’s, The Gunpowder Restaurant Ltd, and more.
·Monitor and analyze customer reviews on social media platforms; respond to comments on social media platforms; respond to comments on our website; monitor website traffic; monitor website sales; manage website SEO keywords; post content on all social media platforms regularly.
·Maintain and optimize the company’s website, including but not limited to: product descriptions, pricing, ordering information, customer reviews, product photos, pricing comparisons.
·Manage social media accounts for the company’s brands and more.
·Assist with creating and executing marketing campaigns for the company’s brands and more.
·Work with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns for our brands and more.
·Assist with creating promotional materials for the company’s brands and more.
·Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
·High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. College degree preferred.
·1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
·Experience in eCommerce or retail environment preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,785.86-£35,575.39 per year
