Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: London
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE**
My client, an established and trusted leader in data and analytics research in business for over 20 years is now looking to add an IT Support Engineer to their exclusive team! This is a great opportunity to join a company that will allow you to get involved in some exciting project work as well as BAU support. You will provide technical support remotely and face to face. Your duties will include: Resolving and escalating tickets, involvement in large projects (upgrades, rollouts, migrations), hardware installations, configuring networks and logging and updating IT support issues.
