Based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, this role entails overseeing day-to-day operations within the direct/telesales team. Creating a premium consumer experience to share our market leading appliances; You will be delivering a premium service at every point of the consumer journey to delight our consumers at every step of the way. Leading the sales team, based in the Abingdon Headquarters you will drive to hit your sales targets, which in turn contribute to the team’s success, monitoring and driving key behaviors aligned to our ambitious business goals. Working alongside another Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a team of circa 8-10 telesales consultants, you will also be required to work with and support with the wider team on initiatives. We deliver a quality experience to our customers driven by people who are passionate about the consumer experience. Our customers are loyal and inquisitive, you will be need to drive your team to promote the range benefits through a variety of medias including over the telephone and in emails. You'll be confident and professional with the ability to respond effectively to your customers needs through quotations and queries and deal with escalations as they arise. About you... We are looking for a strong networker, someone who can drive change and foster positive relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with departments including but limited to HR, logistics and our Own Retail Store Managers. IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes and work really well as a team to achieve great results You will bring previous experience of working in a Sales Management role and can build rapport and trust to drive credibility and confidence in what is required. You will adopt a natural coaching style to take the team on a journey with you and get satisfaction from seeing people succeed in their role. Most importantly you will bring the passion and pride that matches the brand, with ambitions to grow you career with Miele. Your hours of work will be based on a minimum of 37.5 hours per week to be worked over 5 days each week, office based. You may be asked to work flexibly within these hours and days to accommodate the operational requirements of the business. Initially, your hours of work will be arranged between the hours of 0800 and 2000 Monday to Friday and 0900 to 1600 Saturday. If you are rostered to work on a Saturday (normally 1 in 4), you will receive a compensatory day off in the same week. We offer a full time salary up to £38,000 plus an evolving pay, annual performance bonus and benefits package which could take your earnings to OTE £50,000 We want you to feel you can join a team where we will help you reach your potential, be respected, and perform at your best.
