RPFT (Role Plays for Training Ltd) is a drama based training consultancy who use drama based learning techniques for training purposes. We are looking for an individual with Administration and IT experience to join our small, friendly team. This is a General administration Assistant role, with a focus on providing admin support to the internal team, including the company directors. This role would suit someone with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Being competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is essential.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
● Using various software programmes as required including Xero (accounting), Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Mailchimp and Tagmin (actor/client database)
● Ensuring emails are responded to in a timely manner
● Responding to client and supplier enquiries
● Creating and maintaining templates, briefs, booking confirmations, spreadsheets andproof-reading company documents
● Updating the RPfT website
● Maintaining client and actor databases
RemunerationHours: Initially this role is for 1-2 days per week. There is the potential for increased hours as the company grows. Must have the ability to work online from home, with the possibility of attending weekly meetings in Central London. Exact hours are flexible, but must be worked within 9am - 5pm. Pay: £27,000.00 Per Annum (Pro Rata)Personal specifications

● Excellent IT skills with the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar software
● Experienced in creating vibrant powerpoint material
● Good team player but also able to work on their own
● Ability to work under pressure

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week
Salary: £27,000.00 per year
