Social Media Manager
Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Stay informed about the latest social media platform updates and algorithm changes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute social media campaigns for product launches or promotions
Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools
- Knowledge of web analytics tools to track social media performance
- Basic photography skills for creating visually appealing content
- Experience with e-commerce platforms for managing online sales
- Video editing skills to create engaging video content for social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective content creation and proofreading
