Home Care Assistant – CO10- Clare, Lavenham, Sudbury and Long Melford
It is an extremely exciting time here at Cephas Care with the recent implementation of a new senior management team devoted to providing service excellence and supporting our staff. It is a great opportunity to join our team, the Cephas Care Group are looking for highly motivated, caring, reliable and compassionate Home Care Assistants to join our team, delivering person-centred care in the community.
Contracts are available up to 30 hours, £11.00 per hour, we pay travel time and the maximum government fuel allowance of £0.45p per mile.
Your role will involve delivering person-centred care to our customers, accessing customer care needs, personal care, medication support and promoting independence, dignity, and respect.
We offer a planned programme of continuous professional development, our training programme is extensive to ensure you are confident and fully equipped to support those in your care.
