You will be working on a diverse range of brands, with specific brand management responsibilities, and marketing initiatives.
Our client is looking for a creative Social Media Executive, with proven experience in building new communities, creating content and driving interaction with e-commerce brands. You are ready to help the UK’s no.1 vitamin company to accelerate its social media programme beyond awareness and into e-commerce conversion. You will help us build our existing communities and develop the strategy and execution for new communities centred around our brand leaders in the beauty, health and wellness space.
Key Tasks
- Responsible for planning and social media strategy across existing and new social media channels
- Maximise audience engagement, build online communities and acquire new customers
- Support community management and customer queries via social media
- Responsible for the producing and managing content on social media channels
- Managing influencer marketing campaigns
- Monthly reporting of results to the wider team plus reporting of social campaigns
- Organising product gifting
Essential
- 2+ years experience interacting within online communities, actively participating on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Professional, team player who is passionate about all things social
- Proven ability to articulate strategy based on audience research and intuition
- Uses social analytics to make clear recommendations on content and strategy
- A first class (social media) copywriter with a strong visual eye and a creative mind
- Works with creative team members on developing content, but also able to produce content without assistance from this team
- Proven record of managing social media within a fast-paced e-commerce/retail environment
- Organised and able to manage all sorts of content, including rights management
- A team player
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Finger on the pulse’ of social trends and knows how to capitalise on them
Desirable
- Experience managing influencer campaigns
- Confident with Social Bakers or other similar social software
2 days WFH per week (not negotiable)
Salary: Up to £30K
