Job description
The Global Opportunities Officer is a key role within the Student Experience and Enhancement (SEE) Team at the University of Liverpool Management School. Reporting to the SEE Team Leader and as a member of the new ULMS International Office, you will work closely with senior academic colleagues such as the Associate Dean International, Associate Deans of UG, PGT and MBA programmes as well as professional services colleagues in areas such as marketing and recruitment to support the development and delivery of the School¿s International Strategy.
You will be responsible for the development and on-going administration of the Global Opportunities programme within the Management School, together with supporting the development of other international activities. In addition to this, you will have responsibility for identifying and pursuing other opportunities which will internationalise the student experience including, for example, summer schools, COIL programmes, (Collaborative On-Line International Learning), immersion programmes and international study trips.
The role will be based in the Management School at the University of Liverpool, but some overseas travel may be required. Hybrid working opportunities are available, with the expectation that the role holder will spend a minimum of two days per week on campus, subject to agreement with the SEE Team Leader.
