What does this mean?
You will join our team based on sites across the South including Guildford and Redhill where we are working in long-term partnership agreement with Clarion, the country’s largest provider of social and affordable housing. This contract which will see us deliver delivering a range of refurbishment works to properties in the South of England, including replacing kitchens and bathrooms, roofing refurbishments, upgrading windows and doors, and ensuring fire safety requirements are met through the recladding of existing buildings. Due to the location of the sites within this role, you will need to be a driver with full UK license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
You will support and assist the Site Manager in the management and control of activities on site to successfully complete the project in a safe manner, to high standards and on time. You will achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, whilst developing sufficient knowledge and experience to progress your career.

What sort of person are you looking for? Am I an ideal candidate?
We welcome applications from candidates from a wide range of backgrounds; the most important thing for us is that you are eager, genuinely interested in developing a skillset which will add value to your career, and want to learn. We’d love to hear from you if you tick the following boxes:
- Previous experience within the construction industry (although a can-do attitude and willingness to learn are equally if not more important)
- Good existing level of IT and computing skills
- Communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Strong desire for personal development
- Great time management skills
- Good problem-solving skills; you are naturally results-focused and driven
- 3 A-levels at minimum BCC grade, and 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at 9-4 (grade C or above) including Maths, English and ideally a Science
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are essential for this role
In addition to providing ongoing support as you progress through the Apprenticeship programme, we offer a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. Your professional institute fees and training will be covered, and upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme, you will achieve NVQ Level 4 Site Supervisor.
