As Social Media Executive, you will join our fast-paced Digital Team to lead social media for the business. As such, we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social - so if you can’t stop scrolling TikTok, can name all the latest social trends, and know your way around CapCut (or similar) - then read on!

The successful candidate will be an energetic & creative marketer with skills in creating engaging social content and impactful copy, and will utilise these skills to manage the marketing calendar for the business, planning and executing activity across social platforms. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with other digital marketing channels.
The role:
- Manage day-to-day running of social media campaigns, developing & executing content across all our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube & LinkedIn)
- Use your video skills to create & edit on-brand video content, with a focus on TikTok & reels
- Influencer marketing, nurturing relationships with existing influencers and identifying new opportunities for brand activity
- Research and advise on the latest social media trends
- Community management & engagement
- Creating content for organic & paid formats, demonstrating an understanding of how to tailor activity to the different outputs
- Manage paid social campaigns, analysing and optimising performance
- Oversee the marketing calendar, planning in digital communications across channels including social, email, blog
- Track and measure performance of all social content across all channels
- Own the PR relationship with external agencies, working on new PR campaigns
- Email content planning
- Be the ‘voice of the brand’, using your copywriting skills to write engaging copy
- Competitor & industry research, ensuring the brand stays ahead of the curve
- Work with the wider team to input into creative shoot content
- Support the Marketing team with ad-hoc projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in creating & managing social media content for a brand
- Experience growing a brand’s TikTok account
- Proficient in editing tools to make visually appealing, impactful content for social platforms
- Experience in managing content across IG, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube & Pinterest, with strong knowledge of Instagram & TikTok in particular
- Knowledge of working with & managing influencers
- Experience in creating paid ads an advantage
- A demonstrable passion for social media
- Experience in managing marketing calendars and planning in marketing activity
- General digital marketing experience
- A proactive and willing-to-learn attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Highly organised
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
Location
This role is based in our offices in Weybridge, Surrey, and will be office-based for a minimum of 3 days per week – so candidates will need to be within commuting distance.
