Hydro Cleansing Limited is a leading provider of environmental services to clients across the UK. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Allocate projects to engineers, drivers, and other team members based on their availability and expertise.
- Liaise with engineers, drivers, and account managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our clients.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Ensure that all project-related paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during projects.
- Monitor our bespoke and world-class vehicles using software suites such as Samsara to ensure they are running efficiently and track their location.
- This role requires a considerable amount of multitasking
Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar coordinator role.
- Excellent English language skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
