Position Summary:
We are looking for a social media content creator to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be building upon, leading and executing the Social Media Strategy for both Würth UK and Würth Ireland. We want someone with a true passion for all things social media, who is prolific across all social media platforms. We want someone who is creative and inquisitive who is always that one step ahead of the crowd introducing new platforms and the latest trends to their friends, family and colleagues. Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Set up, implementation and reporting on social media and communication campaigns that should align with overall marketing strategies.
- Manage social campaigns end-to-end, including the planning, targeting, content creation, execution and reporting of the campaigns.
- Inter-departmental co-ordination of campaign activity to ensure a consistent and integrated brand experience across all touch points.
- Developing our evolving social strategy so that we are getting the right message in front of the right people at the right time.
- Staying current with best practices, strategies, and industry regulations related to social media and content creation.
- Social channel community management- ensure all customer queries are resolved in a timely manner in line with company policy.
- Creation of video content to be posted on various social media channels.
- Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
- Working with external stakeholders to increase brand awareness.
- Various related duties and tasks as assigned.
Key Skills and Experience
- A passion for all things social media is a must! Must have experience across multiple social platforms and usage of scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge ideally.
- Proven track record in a similar role – preferably 1-2 years of experience in the digital industry.
- Video editing experience and Photoshop experience preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines and multi-task.
