Tracket is on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Customer Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across our industry-leading enterprise software platform.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a knack for providing quality customer service. They will be patient and understanding when dealing with customers, while also finding innovative ways to handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
This is a 0 hour Contract - Estimated 4-8hrs a week
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
- Develop customer service strategies to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer accounts to ensure accuracy of information
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints within SLAs
- Stay up to date on product changes to accurately address customer concerns
- Fast learner when it comes to web applications
- Ability to read technical documentation - or the capability to learn quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various customer service software programs
