Together with analytics team leaders you will support our business with excellent data models to uncover trends that can drive long-term business results.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Be the analytical engine behind decision making in a key Mondelez retailer. Providing the why behind the data to deliver clear insights and recommendations to our sales team to ensure we win within the market and deliver the MDLZ business plan
• Collaborate with the business leadership team to plan and execute the analytics agenda
• Be the key link between the sales team and the retailer’s data providing critical business reporting on Mondelez performance
• Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver
• Become the expert on the retailer data sets , their system s and the usage of their data for the Mondelez Business
• Create clear insights and opportunities for stakeholders through simplifying and navigating complex data sets
• Work closely with the rest of the Sales Analysis and Market Insight team to enable sharing of best practice

What you will bring

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at varying levels within the organisation
• A self-starter that can manage their own workload and priorities
• Using data analysis to make recommendations to senior leaders
• Technical experience in roles in best-in-class analytics practices
• Savvy in usage of the analytics techniques to create business impacts
• Ability to manipulate large data sets to create simple outputs
• The desire to continuously evolve and enhance the reporting and analysis provided to stakeholders
• Strong excel skills
• The desire to learn new software and data visualisation tools with the aim of automating and simplifying any regular reporting
• Curiosity
• Team player
