Social Media Content Creator
1 day per week Milton Keynes, 1 day in London

We have BIG plans for the next year in the Domino’s Social and PR team, and we are looking for someone who lives and breathes all things social, whilst also loving pizza! (Who wouldn’t)
Our goal is to be one of the most talked about brands on social, and you will be a core part of the team delivering this. Whether it’s creating a trending TikTok video with capybara’s, producing an outstanding meme of Connor Benn’s egg pizza, or filming how to make our latest menu addition, no day will be the same. We’re looking for someone who’s up to date with the latest trends, knows what works across all the social platforms and is quick and reactive so that we are ahead of the trend, to create thumb-stopping content.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating organic social-first exciting and alluring content fit for Domino’s owned channels in UK and Ireland with a specific focus on Instagram and TikTok channels.
- Will work collaboratively with Social Media Writer, Assistant Social Media Manager and Big Dip Creative Studio to ensure content is on brand and fit for purpose
- Creation and delivery of social assets – including but not limited to stills, videos, gifs, use of in-app features (e.g. Instagram stories), Instagram Reels, TikToks, audio in line with social calendar and campaign timings – which are designed to gain impressions and trigger engagement
- Proactive with organic social first ideas, Remain on the front foot with latest social content, trends and adapt/adopt for Domino’s
- Can turn around content quickly to ensure it is relevant and suited to social trends
- Can optimise and tweak content in line with audience response
- Has an analytical eye to assess suitability of all content produced and assess results post publication
- Can take Domino’s customer insights/observations and turn them into assets
- Social native thinker
- Proactive content ideas and scheduling posts for the weekly content calendar
Knowledge Skills & Experience
Essential
- Knowledge or experience of various editing tools including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Canva
- Video production skills for TikTok and Instagram – CapCut, in-app on Instagram and TikTok
- Knowledge and experience of creating and editing content natively and for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok
- A nose for comedy and love of popular culture – knowledge of celebrities, footballs, soft news and TV particularly important
- Knowledge or experience of Sprout Social or similar social management platforms
Desirable
- Team player, this person will be an important collaborator in our in-house social team
- Good judgment – a misstep in social media can lead to brand reputational issues
- Willing to work flexible hours and prioritise e.g. during a large football tournament or TV launch night
