We are looking to grow our A-Team. This team are the most important people at Amplify!!
They are the backbone of keeping our wheels turning and our clients happy. You will be joining our support squad who provide holiday cover to our site-based team members. Being a mobile team member is a tough gig. You will be covering up to five different client accounts and making friends with lots of our people and learning the unique service style and client experience for each client.
One week you might be in a corporate setting wearing a blazer and the next in a tech or media firm wearing whatever you fancy. All our clients are London based with offices in the City and West End. Your working day will always be 9-hours and the shift times will vary depending on where you are covering. Our earliest starts will be 7.30am working to 4.30pm, the latest will be 9.30am to 6.30pm. On the odd occasion we support clients with evening events with double pay for your additional hours if you choose to join us and help out.
Being part of our A-Team is a big deal so finding the right person with the right experience and personality is top of our wish list.
We want someone who can say “absolutely” to the following:
- You are already a Receptionist within the corporate sector!! Experience is something we often skip because we are wonderful at training. But, for the A-Team, experience as a corporate receptionist is an absolute must. So, full disclosure because we believe in being honest. If your CV doesn't show experience we will not take your forward for this particular role, but, if we like what we see we will pop you the pot for other roles we have.
- You are confident in meeting new people and a great communicator
- You are great at asking questions, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck-in
- You know tech and can learn quickly (emails, booking systems, etc.- training will be provided)
- You are happy to travel to different locations in London.
