A full-service creative production agency based in East London are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join their team on a part time basis (2 days a week) starting asap. You will be required to assist the Social Media Executive in the smooth running of social media accounts.
The agency specialises in stills and moving image, offering international support to the likes of Balmain, Victoria Beckham Beauty, Selfridges & De Beers.
Initially working two days a week, this position involves Content Creation via Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, experience with social media scheduling apps like Later.com and with an astute social awareness and daily research, alongside knowledge of SEO.
You will report to the Social Media Executive and Production Assistant and take care of the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Management of social media Schedule for the multiple Instagram Accounts
- Sourcing Instagram Handles
- Content Creation / Graphics
- Ensuring all relevant tags are on each post
- Scout new high luxury client leads and PR gifting across key platforms Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
- Edit Video and Image Reels and TikTok both in App and/or on Adobe Premiere Pro or a similar editing software.
- Research weekly trends within Production, Beauty and Fashion.
- Create & maintain shared cloud digital filing system – Monday.com where relevant.
- Website amendments and updates
Predominantly a remote role, there may be times you are required to commute to the office.
