Job description

The founder of House of Gymnastics and Performing Arts requires a social media and content creator to be in charge of all the social media accounts, content creating and marketing in the company.

House of Gymnastics and Performing Arts is a new company that has just launched teaching children and adults gymnastics. You’ll be energetic, highly organised and obsessed with all things social and marketing. Experience with Instagram and TicTok is a must.

The Role:

• Be fully accountable for all output on social channels including TikTok and Instagram.
• Collaborate with creative team to produce innovative and engaging content for still life and video.
• Support on community management and constantly be striving to create conversational buzz.
• Become a champion of the brand and build an in depth knowledge of who the customer is and what the want to see.
• Support wider team on events, product launches, influencer activity and PR requests.

The Person:

• At least 2 years experience managing social media accounts
• Experience with marketing
• Professional experience in TikTok and Instagram
• A passion for the arts
• Highly organised, and keen to complete tasks to the best of your ability
• Naturally proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Experience with social planning tools

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external clients
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Take dictation and minutes
• Source office supplies
• Produce reports and briefs
• Devise and maintain office filing system

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Qualification

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

• Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
• social media: 1 year (preferred)
