The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of managing social media channels and content streams on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin and Twitter. They will develop and pitch engaging creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, as well as projects and campaigns, to raise awareness of CIMSPA, engagement with CIMSPA and communicate our work to a wider audience.
The Social Media and Communications Executive will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organisational skills. They will also have the ability to work under pressure at times to handle a variety of situations.
This role offers flexible hybrid working, enabling our colleagues to divide their time between our head office in Loughborough and working from home. We recognise the many benefits that an effective hybrid working culture brings to both CIMSPA and our colleagues.
We believe in growing our culture not hiring to fit it and we practice anonymous recruitment.
