About the role

Balfour Beatty are currently recruiting for a Site Support Administrator to join our Power Transmission & Distribution business unit in Cefn Depot, Bryn Rd, Cefn Forest, Blackwood, NP12 3LZ.

Role Profile:
Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of contract support. To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the depot.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage relationships with, assign tasks to, and process payments for all works completed that week to the client
  • Maintain quality standards by performing regular checks and providing constructive feedback as necessary
  • Be involved in communication with clients regarding progress of projects
  • Work cross functionally with operations, management, commercial and group management
  • Ensures that project financial reporting is timely and accurate
  • Scans in receipts weekly per purchase card and sends into site support for processing
  • Invoicing the client at regular intervals, keeping the debtor list updated as the status of the invoices changes throughout the month (1-145 days)
  • Provide technical support in organising trainings, events, conference any other project related activities/initiatives
  • Draft, edit, and format reports
  • Support the team’s knowledge management efforts, including the external website and the intranet
  • Help the Fleet team manage the vehicles by co-ordinating the servicing, MOT and breakdowns of vehicles within the region
