In the Customer Due Diligence & Fraud team, you will find a group of individuals with excellent critical thinking skills, capable of meticulous analysis and a high degree of technical knowhow. If you are the right candidate, you'll be highly process driven with an eye for detail, but flexible enough to think on your feet when you need to.

Working hours for this position are between 18:00 and 05:00 Monday-Sunday. There's a 35% hourly uplift for any hours worked between 11.30pm-6am.
So, what will you be doing?
- Managing the KYC process via email, live chat and telephone to perform age verification and security checks.
- Reviewing and monitoring member account registration, deposit and withdrawal transactions
- Handling inbound live chats to complete the registration of players.
- Reviewing and performing KYC checks on member account registration across all our sites.
- Reviewing identification KYC documents and pay account documents.
- Minimising lost revenue to unverified players.
- Processing member identification documents.
- Using various tools to performing age verification searches on players.
And what are we looking for?
- Possess the ability to manage workload effectively and in a timely manner. Thrives in a busy environment and able to multitask and prioritise.
- Have a high level of attention to detail and data inputting skills.
- Have an understanding of AML, Fraud, Risk Management and Responsible Gaming.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enjoy working towards targets in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
- Be a self starter who is highly motivated and willing to learn and develop new skills.
- Be a team player but able to work on own initiative, with a can-do attitude.
