The Project
As an experienced Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the works on a City Centre Roads Scheme.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following qualifications or experience as a minimum;
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Experience of Highways schemes
- Ideally City Centre Road Scheme experience
- Be able to write and keep daily diary/record sheets
- Be able to supervise a team Confident in taking information from drawings

Duties
- Supervising the highways package
- Monitor and produce good quality of work
- Assisting the site manager with the day-to-day running of the site
- Overseeing the groundworks, drainage and finishing of the development
- Ensuring that safety plans and method statements are adhered to onsite by all operatives and sub-contractors
- Checking that materials, plant, equipment and labour are on site to meet with contract and programme requirements
- Ensure there is a safe system of work in the place for all site activities and that safety equipment is provided at the correct time
