Job description
A new role has arisen within our ever evolving business, based in our busy sales team, as a key role to the department, the successful applicant will be the main contact between two of our sites in Nantwich and Skegness. Reporting to the Head of Retail Sales, duties will include:
- Own and manage the end to end artwork process both internally and with the end customer
- Complete and issue customer new product line forms
- Complete and submit all customer specifications of portals
- Own and complete all customer paperwork for new and existing products
- Generation and management of Product check lists
- Stock management in 3PL v customer forecasts and demand
- Setting up of new SKU’s (Stock keeping units) on systems
- Vetting – stock returning for export customers
- Samples and TSR (Technical support report) generation
- Manage NPD briefs with Head of Retail and flavour development with innovation teams
- Shelf life management to minimise waste and out of stock

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
