Job description
Our company is currently seeking a proactive and diligent professional with experience performing security-related tasks and protecting the safety of our customers. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working in a high pace environment, a passion for security, and a commitment to customer service. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for maintaining vidulance and safety and will act as the primary point of contact between security and our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to patrons.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff, and patrons at all times.
- Intervene in physical altercations.
- Communicate with security personnel at other venues to ensure that troublemakers are not allowed to re-enter the premises.
- Communicate with security personnel from nearby venues to ensure that troublemakers are not allowed to roam freely in the area.
- Monitor performance areas for troublemakers.
- Adhere to the management policy for regulating access to the venue.
- Maintain order and work as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From £11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- security: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- SIA Licence (preferred)
