We are an independent, multi-award-winning business (most recently winner of the 'Taste of the West Midlands' 2023) looking for experienced, friendly, motivated and talented team members to join our farm shop retail team. Please note this is a full-time, permanent position with significant opportunities for progression.
Our independent business has an award winning butchery, bakery, farm shop, restaurant and events business all located in beautiful rolling countryside near to the NEC.
Our farm shop has a seating area for enjoying goods from our deli and bakery as well as the shop and butchery itself which offers home grown and locally sourced products including our own RSPCA assured pork and grass fed beef.
Some of the attributes required are as follows:
- High level of customer service
- Experience of retail work
- Confident, friendly & welcoming attitude
- Cash handling & control of wastage
A salary rather than hourly can be discussed with the right candidate if preferred.

Salary: Up to £10.50 per hour
