Subway Restaurant Supervisor – NEW STORE OPENING - Subway Cambridge Train Station, CB1 2JW

What will you be doing?

Our Shift Supervisors are at the heart of the operation supporting the Restaurant Manager and leading shifts to deliver exceptional service to our guests and ensure the Subway® brand is the first choice for those who want to enjoy quick and nutritious meals.

Main Responsibilities:

To support & facilitate Sandwich Artist training & coaching on shift

Lead by example by role modelling great leadership behaviours and showcasing our company values

Effectively manage inventory (Stock) to ensure full availability whilst managing costs

Responsible for cash management, safety and security of the site when running shift

To support the Restaurant Manager with controlling labour costs within budget

Operate your restaurant to meet Subway® compliance standards and local body requirements

Be commercially aware to increase sales, manage costs and understand KPI’s

Direct and undertake housekeeping activities such as maintaining store cleanliness and presentation

Delight our guest with fantastic customer service each and every shift

The Ideal Candidate

You may currently be working as a Shift Manager, Team Leader or Key holder – or maybe you’re an experienced team member looking to progress your career. If you have experience in a fast-paced retail environment, then we want to hear from you!
