Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure efficient and smooth workflow in all areas, including stock handling, till area and store security.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving operations and customer experience
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or shift supervisor, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and food handling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
