Site/Application Reliability Engineer
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will help the different parts of our organization to work together through better communication and collaboration. In conjunction with our Service Delivery Engineers, you will help to build out the appropriate Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs). You will be accountable for promoting and driving automation, promoting frequent releases, continually updating the product, and keeping team members on their toes about new and relevant technology.

What you will do:
- Safeguard, support, and advance the software and systems you are responsible for
- Proactively monitor capacity, performance, latency, and availability of the products you support
- Increase the reliability and efficiency of the products you support
- Shape and deliver cloud migration strategies for the products you support
- Own log and secret management, project dockerization, and continuous integration and delivery pipelines for the products you support
- Ensure consistent adoption of monitoring and observability tooling and methods across the organization
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, operations, and support teams to achieve the above objectives
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an SRE
- Strong IT software development background in an engineering context with expertise in production-related technologies and strong coding experience
- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines and tools (AWS, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab)
- Proficiency in automation and scripting
- Strong understanding of monitoring and observability, including Dynatrace experience
- Experience in defining/refining SLOs for system reliability
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with DevOps practices/principles
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
