An opportunity has arisen for a Shift Logistics Operator to join our busy manufacturing site in Rawcliffe Bridge. Working on shifts as part of the logistics team, you will be responsible for collection and loading of manufactured product for transportation to our local distribution centre as well as supplying site production facilities with required packaging and raw materials. You will be compliant with good manufacturing practice and adhere to health and safety guidelines. A primary function of this role is to ensure that the housekeeping on the site yard and storage facilities is maintained to a very high standard as required at a high hazard manufacturing site.

Essentials:
You will be able to work well as part of a team, communicating well with others, while adhering to procedure and deadlines
You will have a good level of attention to detail
Some knowledge of computerised warehouse management systems
You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and be computer literate
Desirables:
You will have a background in a chemical manufacture / logistics environment
Experience of driving forklift trucks is also desirable
