As our IT Services Technician, you'll provide 1st line support for all IT-related issues, maintain and repair ICT equipment, and introduce new technology to support learning.
Requirements:
Proven work experience in IT support and technician roles
ICT qualifications (Microsoft, Comptia, AWS, etc)
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and problem solve
Enthusiasm for exploring and learning new IT skills

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Tenure of post: Permanent, All Year Round
Hours of work: Full time at 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Holiday: 23 days per leave year (1st September to 31st August), plus 8 bank holidays
Salary: From £23,628.00 per annum.
Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme. This is an employee and employer contributory pension scheme.
