Primary Role Purpose
Through collaboration and engagement with Department Heads and other key stakeholders, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing projects, including coordinating with multiple stakeholders, tracking progress, and reporting status.
Duties and Responsibilities
· To provide administrative and operational support to one or more executives & senior leadership, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
· To plan and coordinate events, including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
· To handle sensitive and confidential information and must always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
· To provide management and oversight of business projects and have regular reporting on the same.
· Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses on different projects.
· Managing and reporting the operations in the absence of the executives/ senior leadership.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
