Work From Home Patient Services Representative-IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!

Patient Services Representatives communicate with patients via phone, accurately and timely schedule appointments based on provided protocols, pre-register patients and verify insurance. Each Patient Services Representative is assigned to only (1) ONE medical facility at a time.
This fast-paced position requires recent 2-year minimum working medical knowledge, experience in electronic health record systems (EMR/EHR), and basic insurance guidelines. Representatives may provide medical scheduling and must be quick learners with the ability to multi-task who speak and communicate clearly. Provides telephone patient clinical encounter messaging using clear, concise and correct grammar and spelling. Representatives can expect to handle 100 + calls back-to-back per shift. Proficient and self-sufficient on the computer and have a sense of urgency in assisting patients. Our healthcare agents must have private, noise-free, HIPAA compliant space at home.
This is a regular, full-time position with paid training, benefits, and is 100% remote. No contracts! The call center only promotes from within so career opportunities are available.
