The role
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing the IT infrastructure, hardware, and software for a medium-sized office of over 50 staff while also providing expert advice and support for all staff. We will also consider Senior Support Technicians who are ready to take the next step.
The candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with a can-do attitude who is ready for an exciting role in a leading Midlands marketing agency.
Key responsibilities
- Management of all IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, and telephony systems
- Ensure all staff are appropriately trained in information security
- Participate in business continuity planning
- Procurement of IT hardware, software and services required by the business
- Management of the entire network topology
- Maintain a strong security position for the agency across all areas of the business
- Maintain an awareness of new technologies and introduce new technology to the business
- Technical support and general IT troubleshooting across Windows and Mac environments
- Assisting users with in-house AV
- Ensuring software is up to date and secure
- Continuing support of our ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 certifications
