Balmer Lawn Group is looking for a Service Operations Manager.
Your role
Due to the continuing success of our multi-franchise dealership, we are looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager to join our team, based in Brockenhurst.
This position would be ideal for an experienced Service Manager / Service Operations Manager / Aftersales Manager who is passionate about their role, enjoys management of a workshop team, and is welcoming towards customers. This role is within the Automotive Industry with well-known brands, experience with BMW, BMW Motorrad, Mini, Honda, or Royal Enfield would be a bonus.

Salary: OTE £50,000 + Work Pattern: 42 hours per week plus alternate Saturdays.
Your profile
- Previous Service Manager / Service Operations Manager / Aftersales Manager experience
- Experience within BMW, BMW Motorrad, Mini, Honda, or Royal Enfield – desired
- Previous experience using Kerridge / CDK.
- Enjoy the duties that accompany a managerial role.
