Job description

This is a part time (30 hours/week) role and is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, innovative, and hard-working administrator to work as part of IMPACTT - a specialist mental health service working with Personality Disorders across the whole of Berkshire. The team is made up of a variety of professionals including psychotherapists, clinical and counselling psychologists, Mental Health Practitioners and Lived experience practitioners who are supported by a team of Administrators.

Our base is at Erlegh House on the University of Reading Whiteknights campus. This is a spacious parkland site and is a very pleasant setting. There are dedicated car parking areas for both staff and patients. We are currently working in a blended way with a mix of on-site and home working to ensure a complete service is offered. There are occasions where our administrators need to travel to other sites in Berkshire and they may be required to work at Upton Hospital in Slough to cover periods of leave and other absence.

There is some flexibility over the working pattern which will be agreed with the right candidate. You will receive regular supervision from and be supported by our Senior Administrator
