THE OPPORTUNITY AWAITS YOU
The Service Desk Analyst’s role is to ensure prompt service response through the monitoring and management of the intake of all incidents and service requests through all accepted channels (phone, email, chat, ticket system/web portal, walk up). Determine impact and urgency of an incident and service request to determine priority. Conduct initial triage/troubleshooting on a wide range of technology issues. Escalate unresolved requests and incidents to higher tiers.
