IT Service Technician
We are a growing 20-year-old Managed Service Provider that supports and services IT for small to medium-sized businesses coast-to-coast. We are looking for an IT Technician to be part of our 11-person call center team. The team member we are looking for will provide front-line support for our clients and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A NW Technology Service Technician serves to help our small to medium-sized business customers operate more efficiently by implementing the proper use of today's technologies. We are looking for candidates with an aptitude for IT, be customer-oriented, with natural troubleshooting skills. New hires onboard with a 6-week training and orientation program to ensure quality service to our clients.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday)
Shifts: Varies between 6:00am – 7:00pm
Experience Preferred: 2-year degree or 1-year experience.
