Job Summary
We have a vacancy for a Customer Service Advisorto join our office team who can help drive sales and expand our customer base. You’ll be responsible for placing orders into our manufacturing pipeline.
This is a pivotal role between production and creative design, so you will be a highly motivated individual, confident with coordinating and liaising between departments.
Roles and Responsibilities include
- Particular emphasis on the sales function providing technical details, product knowledge and quotes to customers.
- Processing of sales orders and email confirmations
- Provide professional customer service support in person and via email or phone
- Identify customers’ needs, recommend appropriate products or services according to their needs
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain personal professional skills, and work as a team with all team members to achieve common goals
Competencies
- High standard of computer literacy, customer management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Confident manner with excellent time keeping and diary management.

Experience
Experience of delivering great customer service preferably within a B2B environment, you will have worked in a similar role ideally in printing or other manufacturing business.
Please note that this in an office-based role and flexibility to work from home is not an option.
