About the team

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our DevRel (Developer Relations) team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our developer-focused initiatives and ensuring seamless coordination and execution of projects within the team.

Your role:

• Work closely with the DevRel team to plan, execute, and monitor projects related to developer engagement, community initiatives, and platform adoption.

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables using tools such as Jira, Trello, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and Airtable.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (cross-functionally across internal teams), including developers, product managers, and marketing teams, to gather requirements, identify dependencies, and track progress.

• Define and measure key project metrics, including dependency management, close rates, and other relevant KPIs.

• Drive project milestones, ensuring timely delivery, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and bottlenecks.

• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, progress, and potential challenges to the DevRel team and other stakeholders.

• Support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvement, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall project management efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices within the DevRel team.

Your craft:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a structured company or traditional background.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

• Bilingual proficiency (English and additional language) is ideal.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, and Airtable.

• Data-driven and business-minded, with the ability to analyze metrics, track dependencies, and measure project success.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Passion for the Web3 and blockchain industry, with a desire to contribute to the advancement of decentralized technologies.

Note: This position is focused on internal project management within the DevRel team and does not require direct customer-facing responsibilities. While technical knowledge is beneficial, the emphasis is on a data-driven and business-oriented mindset.
