Full Time Vacancy for a
Receptionist/Business Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Lincolnshire’s leading Cyber Security companies.
Based in the Alchemy Building in Lincoln. We are looking for an experienced full time
Receptionist/Business Administrator who is keen to be part of our small, friendly team.
Job responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
- Answering the telephone and managing enquiries from clients
- Greeting visitors
- Ordering office supplies
- Filing
- Assisting with accounts
- Arrange and organise meetings and events
- Incoming mail & outgoing post
- Arranging catering when required
- Scheduling meetings and meeting rooms
- Assisting all teams with any administrative duties as required
- Marketing assistance
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Day to day maintenance of printer/scanner and coffee machine
- Any other administrative duties that are required
- Must be a team player.
A full-time position is available with a competitive salary, dependent upon experience. Hours:
Monday-Friday, 08:30 – 5:00. We offer 21 days annual leave, option of joining our company pension scheme, cycle to work scheme and rewards scheme.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Excellent communication & IT skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience is preferred, however, full training will be provided
